I absolutely hate this place. Hate probably isn't a sufficient word, loathe would be more accurate. To describe Conrad's, if you've never been there, you'd have to imagine the Tin Men from the 1950s, Arab horse Traders, and the cheesy vinyl replacement window sales people from the 90s all got jobs at this place. I'm not specifically referring to this location... Their entire company is the most predatory automotive repair facility I've ever seen. You would be better off going to Billy Joe Bob's Auto Repair where they only accept cash... In my experience you would have a better chance of walking out without being completely ripped off. As an example, my ex-wife owned an Audi and the low oil light kept coming on. She, not being a mechanic, assumed that that was like the service interval lights and that the car was telling her to change the oil. Because she does a lot of driving she thought it's possible although unlikely and trusted the mechanics at Conrad's to be straight with her. For approximately 60 oil changes they took her money and never once mentioned that she was leaking oil and that's why the oil light was coming on. She begrudgingly took it to a dealer and they fixed the problem gratis. Never, under any circumstance, should you ever take your car to Conrad's. You might as well just hand them a blank check and tell them to fill in what they think is fair.
Always a great place with knowledgeable staff. If going in for a quick oil change or seized up engine, they will take care of you.
Horrible customer service. I needed my battery installed, and they refused to let me make an appointment. Then when i walked in the next day, they told me i was suppose to get there at 7am. They wouldnt even look at it, and were completly rude. After there attitude, i wouldnt even trust them with my car anyways. Ill go elsewhre
