The workers here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my laptop in under a manufacturer warranty and geek squad has been very helpful. I am still without my laptop due to the issue it is having, but I like that I can check the status of the repair online. I do feel the floor staff could be more attentive however. I was trying to purchase headphones for my Playstation and it took about 10 minutes to find someone to answer my questions. I also wish they had some on display like Target did so I could see how they felt when I wad wearing them. $100 is a lot for headphones when I don't know how comfortable they aren
The Customer Services Reps were extremely helpful considering it was the weekend of Christmas when I arrived to start shopping. When I walked in the Store the line was very long but the Manager was posted at the head of the line and kept the Customers moving. I had a great experience, picked up some great deals , and left with a smile on my face.
Small footprint but good service. I was in before Black Friday and half the store was nothing but stacks of televisions. It was extremely difficult to navigate but it's best buy so who is rushing!
Poor customer service, no greeting at the door the older man that was standing there just glanced and looked away, once someone finally came to assist me he barely made eye contact, was not knowledgeable about the product I was inquiring about. Rushed the check out to run off to aid someone else. The guy ran off so quickly he didn't give me a bag nor my receipt. I had to ask someone else to get it so it wouldn't look like I was stealing. Will not be returning. The staff name wasn't on the receipt otherwise I would say it. The store number is #758
I went on Black Friday, and while it was a bit congested (not just people but displays) I still found the store to be inviting and the employees helpful and friendly. I like the small footprint of the store.
