Amazing box and amazing staff! The environment here is great and the box is very clean and well kept. We visited from out of town and I can't wait to go back!

The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! The into class was exactly what I needed to get "my foot in the door" and learn all the proper language and core moves. I would suggest this gym to anyone looking for a starting point and help with motivation!!!!
Molon Labe CrossFit in Macedonia, OH is THE place to train for two reasons: (1) The Hospitality: I was in the area for a Go Ruck event that started at this location. The owner and his wife (Coach Mark and Coach Eleni) opened up their gym to me. They welcomed me as if I was an old friend. The hospitality was simply amazing, and (2) The Training: I witnessed the coaching first-hand. They push their clients to reach their goals, but they do so in a partnership oriented way. They want their clients to succeed and they do what it takes to get you there. You can tell they are passionate and fully committed to what they do. They not only help you become the best, they push themselves to become the best as well. Also, the facility is first-rate. If you live in the area, or are visiting, make sure you get to Molon Labe CrossFit in Macedonia, OH. You’ll be so glad you did!
