Customer service from check in clerk was excellent, however will not be staying there again.
Please don't stay here, I've stayed in motel 6's before and it was just fine, this though oh nah nah. If you have only $60 left wash up at one of these nearby gas stations and SLEEP IN YOUR CAR! The shower is filthy the walls have holes but really it's the itch you feel just being in the room. So, please! Keep moving i saw an overpass that looked more sanitary, this place is just disgusting!
Bed cover had stains all over it. The room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bathroom corners were dirty. I had to send my husband to nearby walmart for cleaning supplies because the shower was dirty. Hair was in the drain. One of the 2 wash clothes had holes in it.
A place to sleep. Pretty standard rooms. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave in it. I've stayed here on several occasions over the years. Don't use the vrnding machines as they are perpetually "broken ". A 7-11 is across the street. For the past five years I've stayed here there was a very good Chinese buffet next to this motel, unfortunately it has been closed. This was the highlight of our yearly stay. So sad to see this buffet closed. They have nice shower heads with plenty of hot water.
Obviously 1 was the lowest star possible.
For 50 dollars a night the room is clean, it is quiet and staff is very nice. Quick update. If you need to do laundry forget about it. Their washer and dryers are broken down. Been that way for over a month. If you are going to stay here make sure you are on the top floor. I've been here three days on the second floor and I don't know what's going on upstairs but sounds like elephants jumping around. Don't people sleep? Anyway on to a 24 hour laundry mat. Ugh.
Horrible customer service. I had called them directly to reserve a room and spoke with Matt.Arrived and was made to wait over twenty minutes while they changed over. They have a list of people's name and charges on the top of the desk (first sign) My card was swiped several times by Kathy who clearly was frustrated with their alleged new system, and was never given an apology for the wait and inconvenience. Get to room 201 and the heat didn't work. Went back downstairs and was given the run around to get a new room with working heat since it's about 20degrees outside. Get to room 206 and the room had no tv microwave or fridge and most importantly the heat didn't work either. Kathy came up to this room and stated well it's not guaranteed to have a fridge or microwave. I fell leaving outside because they didn't treat the sidewalk.I was told I couldn't get a refund because of the system. And I was questioned by the alleged owner on how the room was booked.
The bedroom had two lamps only 1 light worked
Though i was hapoy to see a microwave and refrigerator in the room they were both filthy as well.
