I love this place and the personalities here. Their deals are great, even though you usually have to buy in bulk to achieve it. I've never had an issue here at all. My favorite cashier is Tom, he knows a lot about dogs/cats and is very honest. The best days to go are on weekday nights. Enjoy.

I went back to return fish that past away within the allowable days and was met with resistance. The man checked my water and it past his test and he was still very skeptical about refunding me. When he finally agreed to refunding me the man at the register was very rude. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Petco. Very rude employees and very difficult to do something that Petco guarantees.
Absolutely Horrible Service!! I recently rescued a Ball Python from the store. I've been keeping my eye on him for months, before I got him because you could clearly tell he was not getting the care he needed. He was severely dehydrated and you could see all of his bones, his shed was also flacking off. Before I purchased him, I asked the staff small animal lead (He is in charge of all the small animals!) if he knew when the snake had last eaten. The lead looked at me like I was crazy and said he had no idea and that they didn't keep track of the snakes feeding. I then asked to speak to the manager but they were not there at the time. Right when I got home I soaked the little guy and found that he had two eye caps till on!! After he soaked for awhile I made him comfortable in his tank and tried to feed him. I didn't think he would eat but he ate right away!! Literally the mouse was in there for two seconds! That means the store staff wasn't even trying to feed the pour little guy!! I also found that he had MITES!!! That means ALL OF THE BALL PYTHONS HAVE MITES!! I am really saddened that the staff let this pour little guy go so long without treatment or help!!! He is undergoing treatment now and doing very well. All he needed was some love. Every staff team member I talked to didn't know anything about the animals! I do not recommend this store. I will be contacting Petco Corporal about this. Its a crime to treat animals like this.
I changed my rating today from three stars to four. The store was appropriately staffed today and everyone one we encountered offered assistance.
